Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Gram Kajak. The period runs from the day you receive the item. If you wish to cancel your purchase, use the form below – we will immediately confirm that we have received your request.

How to withdraw

You withdraw by giving us an unambiguous notice that you are cancelling the purchase – either via the form above or by writing to gram@gramkajak.dk. It is sufficient that the notice is sent before the deadline expires.

Returns

Once you have withdrawn from the purchase, you must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You pay the cost of the return shipment yourself.

We recommend returning the item in its original packaging and enclosing a copy of the order confirmation. The item is your responsibility until we have received it, so keep the shipping receipt.

Condition of the item

You are welcome to examine the item as you would in a physical shop. If you use it beyond that, you are liable for any diminished value.

Refund

We refund the amount – including the cheapest standard delivery – no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have documented that it has been sent. The refund is free of charge and made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your personal specifications or measurements.

Complaints

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act you have a 2-year right to complain about defects. If you discover a fault, contact us within a reasonable time at gram@gramkajak.dk or by phone on +45 4026 8329 – and we will find a solution.
